Christmas Eve Eve...

Quick update!

I'm at home in my parents' house, finally on my Christmas Hols. I love this time of year - not the whole religious festival, but the 2 weeks off, which aren't taken as part of our annual leave. 2 weeks...heaven!!!

King Kong was good...albeit flawed. And long.

Oliver and Olive are engaged!!!!! Congratulations.

Santa is delivering pressies tomorrow night...woohoo...

The Pie Dish in the Stephen's Green Hotel does a fantastic set menu.
Cactus Jacks made two mistakes with my order but the food was outstanding and portions very generous, with excellent (apologetic) staff.
Zaytoons was gorgeous, as usual!

The Duke, TP Smith and Longs were all good venues for social drinks!

So much socialising done in so little time!!! hehe. 'Tis Christmas, alright!

Christmas is coming...

Can you believe that it is December? Holy cow! Madness. And the weather is crazy...going from snow, really cold, but dry to mild and really wet. Understandably people are getting very, very sick. And I am one of the victims...headcold/sinus problems...getting better but just very congested. Not good.

3 weeks to Christmas and I have started my shopping...next weekend is going to be manic. Not sure I want to go into town, but I still have much to do. Although...the wrapping paper and cards are under control! Sorted. That eases the burden, somewhat. Now all I need is 'stuff' to go in the wrapping paper. :)

No other news really...this month is going to be a little crazy.
