Tis Friday...

Wow...I just turned off the LTO drive and the silence is deafening!!!

Well...let's see. Since the 6th of February, when I booked the Edinburgh accommodation for the April and launched the work website, I have booked our accommodation in Budapest, seen 3 birthdays (not mine) whizz by, set up an account with Eircom, visited the shop in the Chester Beatty Library, seen Memoirs of a Geisha, visited the Powerscourt Gardens in Enniskerry, had lively debates regarding holidays on email, saw Casanova in the new Dundrum cinema complex, and bought 3 canvases which, when together, depict the floating torii of Itsukushima-jinja Shrine on Miyajima Island, Honshu, Japan.

Tomorrow I'm getting my shopping delivered for the first time (www.tesco.ie), and meeting Dee, Lisa and Donal for more movies. Sunday will also be spent at the movies - this time the Jameson Dublin Film Festival - more anon.

I'm listening to Rammstein right now...I just keep forgetting how utterly brilliant they are.

Saw The New World - eh ok. Very...arty. Excessively slow. Could have done with better editing...or even any editing...as opposed to the lack of that was done on the film. I've never seen so many people walk out of a cinema...seriously. However, all the acting was solid, and granted, the scenery was amazing.

Budapest flights are booked...away, away we go.

Finished working on the work info site...for now! Yay.

Ok, retreating to mo leaba. Tired...of everything...
